With over 13 years of martial arts experience and the rank of Nidan (2nd Degree), Mr. Gibson is a firm believer that real growth happens in community. His classes are built on camaraderie, because when we train together, we rise together.
Known for his supportive, calm teaching style, he helps students of all ages build confidence, discipline, and the mindset to overcome obstacles, in the dojo and in life. He meets students where they are and pushes them to where they didn't think they could go.
Beyond the Dojo
Outside the dojo, Reg leads a team at IKEA's Central Fulfillment Unit, where he manages operations with precision, strategy, and heart, the same qualities he brings into every training session.
When he's not on the floor, you'll find him paddle boarding, baking, or playing guitar, always seeking new challenges, always bringing joy to the process.
